Layered in no time and no oven needed: fresh cream, crunchy cookie crumbs and halved green grapes.

Method

  1. Wash and halve the grapes.

  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

  3. Beat the quark, mascarpone and sugar until creamy, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

  4. Roughly crush the cookies.

  5. Layer up in a bowl: cream, then cookies, then grapes.

  6. Repeat until everything is used up, finishing with cream and a final layer of cookies.
